Quality Policy

Our Company mission statement is:
“To provide our customers with a consistently high quality service in order that they derive maximum benefit from their installed communications infrastructure”.

At Data Techniques, we are all committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of Service – from the very first contact through to customer acceptance and beyond.

To ensure that our standards of service to customers and third party organisations remain constant as well as high, whilst the business continues to grow we have established this Quality System based on the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

Our documented Quality Management System reflects our commitment to quality assurance of product as well as of customer satisfaction, which reinforces our commitment to quality and provides a framework for all our staff in the company to work within.

We will continuously review our business objectives in order to identify improvement opportunities.

We will ensure our customer’s needs and requirements are met and continually monitored. Our system will be measured, monitored and analysed and our staff will be aware of our work and its impact on the environment.

All at Data Techniques understand this policy and are expected to develop and maintain an attitude of continual quality improvement within their respective area of responsibility.

As part of our continuing drive for quality we are also contributing positively to the environment in the use of telecommunications and data network, reducing the need for travel or paper based messaging. We have developed a comprehensive safety policy statement, which aims to protect the health and safety of our own people, our customers and the public at large whilst contributing towards the future well being of the environment.

This policy is reviewed annually.

My role, as Managing Director, is to provide the necessary communication, focus and support to ensure the above aims are met and that the company can expand its position as a leading quality supplier in its sector.
